I can’t get a supervisor to return my calls twice now

I've had fraudulently charges reimbursed for the month of November 2019. I was going over my account on the Wisely app and realized the so called investigation dropped the ball or plain decided not to pay anymore. My fraud started in 8/2019 to Jan 2020. I have a stalking protection order in place because of the accounts in my name things I never ordered etc.. I feel let down and betrayed by adp. I'm in Kansas city Kansas User's recommendation: Don't trust them.
