I cannot login to my account, want a refund

On the 6th May 2018 I transferred R399, 99 from South Africa to Mad bid. My user name is NixJay01 and an sms was sent to reset password which no longer works. I have logged in previously but never seem to win a bid and far too time consuming. I also tried to purchase something and the system keeps asking for my card details when I have points I want to get rid of. There are no good deals on and I found this looks like a scam as for a month my money is sitting there and I cant use it. There is no direct emails to send through a complaint. I would like a refund.
