I cannot figure out 2 of the codes

I emailed ur company on Jan 24,2020, at 9:12am reference #200120****71. I also have another code I cant figure out. These codes are getting worse and worse to figure out. Obviously its March 11, 20 and havent heard from anyone. I would like to talk to a person and not emailing everyday
