I cannot connect my mobile phone to account
I faced many issues with my mobile number lately, and the banking application was not an exception. I used to receive all alerts on my spendings on my mobile number through the app. But when I registered with a new app, it would not simply accept my number. I tried to search for answers using their FAQs page but there were no single solutions. I tried to call their branch and they asked me to visit them. Upon visiting the branch, one guy helped me to reinstall the app, and everything now works smoothly. They told me such events are common when you first use the banking apps, however, I did not want to figure out the cause more. Thank you for facing my banal inquiry, and fixing it fast.
