I cannot access my account or download any games

I have tried to download purchased games and I constantly get a 1402 eUnless this company gets its act together, don't do any business with them!rror and I try to access my account and I keep getting kicked out. I have repeatedly tried to get customer service but I am always ignored. User's recommendation: Unless they get their act together, boycott them. Don't give them any business.
