I cancelled my membership, but am still being charged

I cancelled my membership last year in june or july, but have still been charged for every month since then, plus extra fees that I was not aware of until recently. I called the corp office on Feb 19, 2018. The person on the phone said she saw there was a note on my membership account that said my membership should have been cancelled. Since she could not help me she asked for my number so her manager could call me back and offer me a reimburstment for all those months. The manager never called back that day, nor the next. It has been over a week, if I wait longer for them to solve this problem then they will charge me again for a membership that I signed to cancel. I attempted two calls today aswell, but no one picked up the phone to help. This is very frustrating.
