I spent over $80.00 today at Michael's on 1499 Columbia Road in Westlake, Ohio 44145. Several weeks ago I spent over $120.00. I cannot be signed up for saving a few dollars because I do not have a smart phone. Many older people do not have the need for a smart phone. It is ridiculous that Michael's assumes everyone in the world has a smart phone... I feel you need to find a way to change your policies. May not shop at your store again..
