I lost access to my account for reasons unknown to me. While not a huge customer, I have both bought and sold through EBTH several times over the past few years; however, I haven’t had access to my account, nor have I been able to resolve the issues in spite of multiple attempts over the same time period. Please either provide me a path to getting access to my account or stop sending me notices about listing items I may be interested in, as I haven’t any damned way to buy anything. You have succeeded in using technology to create the least efficient way to do business that I’ve witnessed to date.
