I can’t log in!! But my transaction go through…!!
Hi Sir, Recently I found some Korea shoes nice in Instagram Ezbuy... so I proceed to buy it ... I registered myself with this email address: xxxx...... I brought 4 items : 2 are the same colour ( brown) the other 2 are black and dark grey...I am using the Maybank credit card with the last 4 digit Xxxx. So while the processing is slow. I didnt wait for it to give any confirmations. I thought it didnt go through. But I check with the bank they said the transaction go through on 21/12/2019 with the transaction number 773014, today 23/12, I log in Ezbuy but cant log in... wonder why my transaction go through and I cant log in? And there isnt any confirmation from your side to my email address that the transaction go through? And how am I going to claim the products at the location? On what date do I need to collect it...? All this are not stated to me.... so what should I do? Please help and check for me ... attached are the items &;;; locations that I opt for picking up the products... while the confirmation I dont have , so kindly send to me... understand the products will reach me around mid January. So please let me know all the above queries. Thanks. ( I had send this queries to your email too)
