I received notice for payment from PayPal do I instantly chatted with agent basically MB agent said I could not cancel my order it is already in shipping process...no tracking information payment has not been taken but you cant cancel the order. Left a bad taste with me. User's recommendation: Do not join club because you automatically are enrolled in the automatic refill process.
