I have to answer my phone by the second ring or the caller gets a message that there is a carrier error, no OCN. They are unable to leave a voice mail. My husband and I both have medical issues. I went to the doctor today, and they had been trying to get hold of me and they wanted a different contact number. This is the only phone I have. they keep telling me that they sent it to their tech dept, but it is never resolved. I need my voice mail to work. Every time I contact them, I speak to a different person on the chat line. do not change to this service!!!!! User's recommendation: do not switch.
