I can not get anyone to answer my emails or calls at Nova

I purchased Print Artist Platinum 25 this week, twice. I downloaded it and am running windows 10. It downloads and shows to be on my computer. But when I try to open it, it will not open. When I run a test it says that the program is not compatible with my computer and shows windows xp
