I came to believe this is scam

1

Same experience as anybody else. Got a quote for $650 but they claim the screen was malfunctioning (which it wasn't) and reduced it to $230. After a complaint Phobio sent me a blurry picture of the damaged screen, and I am not really sure what it shows. Attached here. There are too many identical cases, this is clearly Phobio operating pattern/scam, Apple should drop them as soon as possible to avoid damaging their own reputation. Eventually, I rejected the trade in with Apple and hoping to get the computer back in the same shape as it was sent.
