I called Chillis customer service about 2 weeks ago about being totally dissatisfied with the food and service and haven’t heard from them since but was promised a call back after an investigation

My take-out orders were all cold my chicken was burnt on the bottom they forgot ceasar salads had to go back to get them lettuce as old and salad was just lettuce dressing cup was less than half full User's recommendation: Don't go to chili's near west farm mall tetrible.
