I called and asked the representative why I am unable to see my credit report after paying for membership and $1 for a credit report from transunion.

I called ScoreSense [protected])on January 26, 2016 to find out why my account wouldn't let me see my credit report. After holding, the representative said that there was no technical issues that may be affecting the website and that because I told him a fraud alert may be in place, it may be the reason I cannot view my report on their site. They are a third party. The man told me to contact the agencies and find out why Score Sense cannot access my report. I then asked him why did I get charged for the membership if I cannot see my credit report after paying the one dollar to get my score from the credit reporting agency TransUnion and getting charged the $39.95 for a whole month of benefits from Score Sense. This includes a 1 million dollar insurance on Identity theft. He asked me what I would like him to do after our extensive conversation about my having benefits and still being able to access my account and continue to receive the Identity theft insurance benefits since I am going through it and why I signed up to see my free report. He stated that I would still receive benefits until my membership expired if I was charged again for the membership and then he would put in a request to refund my other charge. I did not see any information on the agreement about not being eligible if you are having an ongoing dispute or fraud alert on my credit report or that I wouldn't be able to have access to my account or credit report. I have the conversation recorded and have firsthand witnesses of what was said.
