i bought some gift cards and food city saids they are activated well ebay saids they are not so I am out $400
ok i bought some gift cards and food city saids they are activated but ebay saids they are not. so went back to the store and the manager held my cards for 7 days then told me he has no way of knowing if the cards were used .and evay can not check them because they are not active. thats my issue
