Dear Lulu Team, I would like to bring into your notice that I have experienced pathetic service from your team Stadium branch. We bought a Shoe Rack on 26th March (Friday) and we were promissed that we will receive it max by Monday or Tuesday next week. However we are on Thursday today 1st April but still not received any call or my order. There is a Customer service guy called Nijas who always says he will call but he never did and he confirmed I will receive my order as it's already out for delivery in next half an hour and that he said at 7:30 pm in the evening then I waited for 1 hour and I called again then another guy picked up and his name was Abdur Rehman he said I have no idea about ur order and I will check and I will call you back. Then I told him your previous colleague already mentioned that it's out for delivery. I asked for Store Manager then he gave me a number of Satish I called him as well he said I will check and update u then i asked him please give me the number of driver and he provided the same. Later I called driver and asked when are you coming for delivery then he confirmed he doesn't have my order. So at the end I just want say it feels like I am trapped in some kind of game which is unending. I hope any of your department head read this and check with these guys personally why are they deminig LULU brand when it comes to an commitment. Again please dont misquote me that I want problem for any of your staff but yes approach is super casual. It was my first and last experience and in future I wont even think to buy any stuff from LuLu which requires delivery service.
