I bought a fast card at the store yesterday for $200 hundred dollar and sent it to a friend and she went to use it and they told her that the card was already use and I try to get ahold of steam people on line to let them know that the card was use I scratch the back of the card off to show the number on the back so she could use it can you help me out and check to see if the card was use.
