I bought mower from lowes and used only once and stoped.I tried to solve the problem consulting Lowes, still it was not solved

Since the problem was not solved almost a year after everything effort for solution. I need replacement based on the grantee.II User's recommendation: Bolens co. did not solve my problem. How can recommend or comment?
