It took a long time to get the wig i order and when it came it was so bad it look like a rat, i sent the picture and the order slip with my org order back to wigsis i use the return label they gave me when they sent me the wig.I got a phone call from a well known wig co that they had the wig,so dont send your order back it wont go to wigsis,you eat the cost.mine was 108.00 wig User's recommendation: do not buy from wigsis.
