I purchased a motorcycle from a dealer in New York off the internet for $11000. I sent him payment, which he cashed the checks over 2 weeks ago. I have made arrangements with a shipper to pick the bike up in New York and deliver to me here in North Carolina. The seller has just contacted me and said he is not selling me the bike he is going to return my money. What are my legal rights? I want the motorcycle . He has been a pain from the time I made the deposit . He thinks he sold it to cheap. I have sold the motorcycle I had to pay for it.
