This is the 3rd time I have reached out about this problem. Last night I purchased a reiki bracelet from your company, and today I was contacted and told there was no order showing. Now how can this be when I checked with my bank and they said that they indeed charged me for the item. So I am very angry, and tired of dealing with this situation. I just want the item I paid for
