I bought 3 Darkening blinds and they cale out short on length. I increase a little bit of the measurements en the sides because they cut it more than what I expected the first time. I contact customer service and the lady told me that because I took the measures wrong I needed to look for someone to fix them. I have been a customer of blind chalet until May 2018. They cut excess in the length in both of them and in both occasions. I called them at 888-633-**** The lady who answered the call twice was not connected to try to look for a solution. Won't recommend. The width I may understand eventhough with the first one they cut the sides more than expected. Then, What happened with the length. I increased it and it were still short on 2017 and 2018 orders. Thank You L Escudero
