I bought 2 products with two different cards and both of them got deleted for no reason and I didn’t get a refund

So yesterday I bought 2 products with 2 different visa cards, both of them got deleted in the morning for no reason non of the owners of the products responded yet. I don't want a refund i'd prefer to get the products that I bought shipped to me. Thank you for your concer.
