I booked the flight and I can’t see it

American canceled the first leg of our flight, we booked a new flight through priceline paid for it and got no confirmation. We have been waiting for 3 hours for a call back from them to figure out the problem. This is a important trip. If we don't get it figured out I will NEVER USE these services again. User's recommendation: Hope you have 3-4 hours to wait for a call back.
