Nyseg is running a scam on consumers. I am in the same boat. What I have figured out is the bills are ESTIMATED high. Every year they use last years bill for this year. For example: in Dec 2015 for no apparent reason, my usage was high (200$ actual read) THIS WAS FISHY...
