Hello!! Thank you for reaching out and asking. There is still an issue with the laptop, but I am waiting for the right time to go out and take it to the branch to be fixed. I wish we could set the S mode from home that would spare me from going out because the rest thing can be done if an agent took control of my laptop while I am home. User's recommendation: Don't put S mode in laptop.
