I assume my order was lost in transit. FedEx cannot deliver it.

I do not understand these companies that cannot list a phone number for customer support. Apparently my package was lost in transit or is sitting in a FedEx warehouse in Texas for several weeks. There is no possible way to get someone on the phone to resolve this issue and FedEx says it is red bubbles problem. I have no idea if this will be resolved or not but I will not order from this company ever again. User's recommendation: Don’t bother with red bubble.
