I am very happy with Starcrest!! If an item arrives defective, broken, etc. Starcrest will promptly resolve it. Great reps to talk to, also! NO complaints so far. Thank you, Starcrest.

No complaints so far. One thing though, customer service wait time to talk over phone takes too long. User's recommendation: Try Starcrest, you will like this company I bet!
