I have been lied to twice since the beginning of my home buying process. Once from your sales agent and once from your builder. I have had a hard time getting warranty work completed even after following your warranty procedure and also calling Shane the head of warranty several times. I have been dissapointed with the quality of work in my home and been told " it's really hard to find good help". I would like someone from management to call me
