I am very angry

Okay i have tried calling almost every day since the government has said to open business, and i have been kept on hold bo ine ever picked up. ,. I dropped my ring off way before anything ever happened. And i have no idea where or even if my ring has gotten fix! I want my ring back and I would like for someone to contact me as soon as possible!
