I am very angry with your service ……even am also one of the airline industry but I never seen kind of Ur services …
I booked vistara but unfortunately I failed PCR test I can't travel . So ,I asked them for refund or change ticket date they not replying to me ...even I am trying to call customer care it's mention 24/7 u can connect with us but whenever I am trying it's more than one hour spended to connect with them even though they not picking my call .....to be frank one of the worst customer service in India is Vistara airline
