I am unhappy with their service
I received SMSes on 20 April 2020 informing me that Pharmacy Direct is going to deliver my chronic medication within 24 hours. I have not received that medication. I followed up with Pharmacy Direct through the email address: care@***.co.za and I received a response from Sulize Nel indicating that the matter is being attended to but I still have not received the medication. I am assuming that the driver was not instructed well. I wonder why the driver did not call me to confirm where the medication should be delivered considering the lock down and closure of institutions country wide. Could you kindly deliver it to my house as we closed at work due to the lock down!
