I am unable to login to my a/c

I bought an itunes gift card this morning and I have still not received it. I am unable to login to my a/c because I was told by one of your reps. that my email was not mine even though I was being emailed with the same email address. I have enough of that crap now either refund my money or sort this out right now User's recommendation: I will never recommend your company to anyone.
