I am trying to login and will not take my login info, and will not send me a an email to proceed with changing the password

I am getting the run around. I tried to login with my id and password. It would not take them. I then entered my email address and clicked the change password . It did not send a message to my email for changing a password. so I would like to join and cannot. Also, I tried again with a new ID and same password and of course the same email. But the same events happen. I think your system is jammed. User's recommendation: Good Luck!
