I am trying to get replacement casters for my WorkPro1 chair which is under warranty until Dec 2020. Can’t get thru on 800-254-****. after 10 or so minutes they disconnect.

After being on the line, listening to horrible music, for 10 minutes, they disconnect. During that 10 minutes they tell me press 1 to leave my message. I do that and they tell me the mailbox is full and give me a website to go to which is nonexistent. By the way, it is the covid that is causing these problems. User's recommendation: Go to the store to pay money for what you need. If you can get someone to acknowledge can get someone to acknowledge you are there to spend money if they.
