I am trying to get my refund after more than 30 days that I canceled my purchaise. They keep sending messages saying that my cheque will arrive in 10 days, after 20 days and nothing happens. I am tottaly dissatisfied with CDiscount customer service. No telephone contact available. Is the first time I am using this website and will be not a second chance. I am looking foward to see my problem solved because I can not be charged for something that I cancel the purchaise within the time for that. Now in my credit card is appearing the price of the computer and I will need to pay my bill account for the bank. Please, I want to have my money back.
