I am trying to contact you regarding a large lump sum coming out of my bank account

I have only just noticed that there has been large amounts of money coming out of my bank account for this site that I have never heard of or used and I want to get a stop put on this ASAP and my money back as I have not authorised this transactions, and when I try finding a contract number there doesn't seem to be one. If this carries on and I do not hear from you I will take this further and report you for theft
