I am trying to choose Standard Shipping, but the website is not giving me that option

When I called the Customer Service # it stated, ' The number you dialed is incorrect'. I am trying to place another order, but I do not want to pay the extremely high shipping cost & I cannot afford to pay it! I just want the Standard S&H Method, but the website is Not Allowing Me To Choose The Standard S&H Method! Pls Assist Me. Thx so much. Renay 323-719-**** User's recommendation: Choosing my S&H Methods should be simple and not pre-selected using the extremely high costing method...Thx.
