I am still being charged & I canceled months ago.

Hi, I had this subscription cancelled months ago I called. I haven't had the vehicle that I signed up for in over a year. You guys were even supposed to send me a connecter for another car & I never received it. I do not want to be charged anymore & I would like to be reimbursed.
