We closed on our mortgage and Specialized Loan servicing send us 2 pay off letters. They send the second one after we closed on the mortgage stating that they miscalculate and that we have to pay over $700 more. When we ask why, they couldn't explain. I am going to report them to the BBB as they are dishonest. This is bad business practicing on their part. This company is a big rip off. I hope I don't have to see their name no way near my next home buying experience. I would give them a zero if I could. User's recommendation: please stay clear of this company as they are a big rip off.
