I am shocked

I place online order for 32000mah Philips with wireless headset.But I am shocked when I open packing of my box.I see power bank is ok but wireless headset is broken in box.Now I want both to return.And want my payment back as soon as possible.Name owais Ahmad Mir pandrathan near bpcl petrol pump Srinagar,super gas service j & k 191101 waybill (131911****639)
