I purchase their cleansing brush from a GMA sale; when it arrives, it wasn't holding change. I then reach out to them on social media, and they connect me to their Customer service lady. She was accommodating, I was able to get an exchange very easy without complication User's recommendation: Michael Todd beauty is great company with amazing products.
