I am not unsatisfied with the product, I just cannot afford it and did not realize it was an automatic shipment.

good morning, I spoke with someone last week regarding my account. I did cancel my further shipments. I am returning a Lash Boost I received and need a return slip. I tried emailing this request but the email was not successful.. My ref# is 059 2****. m=My notes here says I will receive an email from Fed Ex with a return slip but I haven't received it.
