I am not satisfied with my 2 recent purchase of two Versa2

I have been using Fitbit for several years. You can check my account. This is my second versa 2 in the last three years, my recent purchase was on June 20, 2021 It was working well until two weeks ago. The battery will be good for a few hours. Then I place my versa on charge, did not charge and the charger as well as the watch got very hot. I decided to stop using it to fear to get burn. Please, what I have to do, User's recommendation: I am an unsatisfied customer. I need to talk to someone in person by telephone.
