I have been called and told that the product I will receive is not the actual name brand. At first I said if it is a good product I would be ok. Then I say to myself. No. This is not ok. They had a picture of nexgard and heartgard on the advertising. Now this isnt what they are sending me. No. I am nervous and dont trust them. I want a refund and to cancel my order.
