I am locked out and my belongings are in a public area

I was loading and unloading belongings today. While going to retrieve my padlock key a cart full of my construction tools was locked in the hallway of the 3rd floor. Once the clock stikes 9:00 pm apparently the electric locks are locked tight as a drum. Ease assist me with securing my tools. Best Regards Michael asis
