I am highly upset with service

I did eventually get help fro the only person who seemed to know what she was doing.Her name was Chardonnay in Cancellations.What really angered me was that I spent 1hr and a half on the phone.I eas cutoff 6 times.After explaining my problem to about 8 different people who kept on transferring me to other people I was extremely frustrated.Chardonnay soryed out the problem and even followed up the next day.The only one who seems to know Vodacom and its products and services. User's recommendation: Will not recommend Vodacom.
