I run a food truck business in Boynton Beach, FL and was looking for a local representative that can assist in getting a mobile terminal. The agent was nice and responsive, the account was setup in a couple of days and the card reader arrived relatively quickly (I think 5 days). The app is pretty easy and self explanatory to use. The online backend works very good to view reports, however, sometimes if I leave it open for a while it logs me out automatically. Also, the mobile terminal does not have a receipt printer because it is hooked up to my phone. They offered a wireless terminal for additional $350 that has a printer, but I think I can manage without it for now.
