I had a good set of tires on my mustang but wanted some wider ones on the back and thats exactly what I told them. I also said I wanted to keep the ones coming off because theyre still good. This is what I got... they brought me my keys and I went to my car and the first thing I see are tires IN MY BACKSEAT. Dripping dirty rain water all over my leather bc they only put plastic in the seat part itself, not the back of it. Now why would they do that when my mom was there in her truck to get them? SMDH!!! so I go in and make them get them out of the backseat. By this time Im already pissed off and by now its pouring down rain so I cant even check out my tires. I go to the nearest gas station to keep from drowning while I admire my new tires. OMG!!! You aint gonna believe this. They put a 235/55/17 on the back, which is NOT a wide tire, but they put a 255/40/17 on the front. Wtf is going on here? This is where I lost my *** bc I have a WIDE bicycle tire on the FRONT and the same size I came in with on the back. Do you see where this is going? So I go back and the mgr tells me he cant fix their mistake bc he doesnt have the tires I want. The ones I thought I was paying $600 for. But *** make it right, he just doesnt know when he can do it. Or he can put my old ones back on it if Im unhappy. Well of course I am so I call my mom to bring them back up there bc he said he can do that, THEN he says he doesnt have time to do it tonight. But *** make it up to me.i can have a free oil change, he says. Now here I am with tires that make my car look like something that came from the Insane Clown Posse when one of his other guys tells me its MY fault because its MY lack of communication and the mgr is offering me a free Oil change. SERIOUSLY??? THEY PUT THE WRONG TIRES ON MY CAR AND PUT MY OLD ONES IN MY BACKSEAT BUT ITS MY FAULT!!! So, folks, thats where I lost it. I still have to drive around like this until I can find someone to change them out and I can take them back for a refund bc THEY dont have time to fix their mistake. Now its the weekend so Ill have to wait till Monday and I am embarrassed for it to be seen in public. Never have I had a worse experience buying anything in my life and I will NEVER go back there. This did happen at the Kingston Pike store in Knoxville, TN. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
